3rd Year Law

    Does anyone know what happens if you fail a third year law exam? I've heard three different things:

    (a) you can repeat it;
    (b) you can't repeat it and you have to make up for it with your grades next year;
    (c) you have to repeat the year.

    Which of these is accurate?

    Thanks

    See Appendix 2 of the department handbook for their regulations regarding exams.

    It took me approximately 60 seconds to find it for you and I have nothing to do with Law. Put those research skills to good use.

    Cheers. The Handbook was the first place I checked, but I obviously missed the Appendix. You'd make a good lawyer by the way. You certainly have the personality for it.
