    anyone know good websites for booking an apartment in the city for 3 nights or so in July?

    Booking.com or airbnb.co.uk are pretty good for booking holiday apartments. I've used booking.com for apartments outside the UK and it would be my preferred option. I haven't used airbnb.co.uk but I've heard reasonable reports from others who have. If all else fails, Gumtree.com might have something.
