RTÉ1+1 problem

Switched over to watch the Nine O'Clock News on RTÉ1+1 and it looked like it had been recorded on a bad VHS tape, constant picture break-up, sparklies etc. Message on-screen now apologising for the break in transmission.

And it just resumed at 1115pm during the middle of a scene on The Fall ( there was a few more slight glitches for about a minute )

Incidentally the subtitles kept working during their apology caption
