Hardwareeversand & RMA Procedure

    Hi,

    My PSU recently stopped working and I have to RMA it back to Hardwareeversand. The last time I had to do this was back in October last, but the return procedure has changed since then.

    It says now that if the item is over €40 the person sending back the item has to foot the bill, however it doesn't say if I will be receive the costs back or not. I've gotten this information from this link https://www.hardwareversand.de/cmIndex.jsp

    Just wondering if anyone has recently RMA back an item and can let me know the correct procedure.

    Fill out the details on thier complaints page.
    You will get a label to print off for UPS.
    You might need to refresh this to get it to display properly, I know i had to.

    Then contact UPS to arrange collection of the item.
    Once it gets to germany they will check it out and send you a replacement.
    Fairly straightforward but very slow in my case, I sent back RAM and it was away for 2 weeks.
