Can anybody tell me if there is anywhere in Ireland you can buy wood to build a guitar. I am looking for mahogany, rosewood, spruce, ebony etc cut to the various rough sizes.

any decent hardwood supplier will have walnut, mahogany & Maple.

figured maple is often CHEAPER than plain because its a pain to work with.

Madinter in spain do really good ebony for pennies. fretboard blanks for under 5 euro plus shipping...... my last parcel had 50 in it!
