    Hi folks,

    Bought a house two years ago, when we were cleaning it out I found an old complete copy of Irish Independent from August 30th 1975, the main headline that day:

    "Nation's Loss. Mr. de Valera to lie in state for two days"

    "Eamon de Valera, the revolutionary who shaped the course of the nation and led the march of his people for more than half a century, is dead. His passing marks the end of the beginning of modern Irish history."

    I have attached a few photos below.

    If anybody is interested in owning this bit of history please get in touch! Could be an interesting birthday present for anyone born 30th August 1975?
