New Acer E1 - 571 laptop constantly loosing internet

Hi, just bought 2 new acer laptops from PC world both win 8. Both are constantly loosing internet signal, all other laptops and tablets are ok all the time. Having done a Net search on this it seems that there may be an IP issue but I have never worked on win 8, and I don't know where anything is. Anyone else have this…
