    have been using business on line banking for sometime..pc refresh the other night caused havoc,.have the original computer where first installed on line banking now need to reinstall online banking to refreshed pc can you please tell me how..have already copied mydocument from cdrive computer one to cdrive new pc but online banking still not loading...keep getting message on line banking loading please wait...(in internet explorer)

    Hi Nort,

     

    You will need to go on to Java.com and click on the 'update option'.  Once you have done this, reboot the PC and try again.  This should resolve the issue for you.  Also please ensure the website is added as a trusted site on your browser, for assistance with this please contact the help desk and a representative will be happy to help.
