Celtic Tattoo Work

    Any advice on artists in Dublin that do really good Celtic work? I have a tattoo which I designed and had done over in san diego around 10 years ago and have finally decided what I want done around it. Looking for somebody who is really strong at delicate line work. Any ideas?
