    Assume you have had an oil spill in the house, haven't seen them on sale in Dublin, but get from the oftec website.

    If there is small 'wet' patch, pour some cat litter on it and allow it to draw out the oil, can help (but dispose of as petroleum waste afterwards)

    If you have had a large spillage, then you may be stuck with a smell for months, may even need your insurance company involved
