Black screen on HDMI

Not sure if this is my TV or my freesat box, but when I switch from one HDMI source back to the freesat HDMI source, the screen pops up, then immediately goes black for about 2-4 seconds, then comes back again. Dodgy cable? Dodgy telly box?

normal, its the tv adjusting to the resolution.
