    Double room available in Maynooth. 400e per month plus bills which last winter came to 40-50 per month at the height of winter. Heating/tv licence/bins are included in the price. Would be sharing bathroom with 1 other person.

    PM me if interested. Room also available for the summer months.

    Probably a stupid question, but the 40-50 bill is per person per month right?

    Yes per person. Last month it came to 38 per person per month. That is electricity, tv and broadband.
