Buy them over there, remove all the new stickers, new wrapping etc, then post them back home via USPS, say its a gift. A single wood cost $25 the last time I got something posted. I've never had to pay anything extra with USPS.

Guy I know checked in a golf bag going over, put in some old clubs. Dumped the old clubs there, put new ones in the bag on way home. Put a bit of dirt & muck on new ones. No questions asked. Looked ok I guess as he had a bag on way out so they probably presumed he was playing while in US

Done the same myself a couple of years back. No issue at all. Had the same bag going over and coming back. No questions asked.

Not sure that the saving is as much as it used to be a few years ago. Pricing is much more competitive here now than before and you have the cost of either a golf bag each way on the plane or shipping charges. Do the homework first on the savings to be made!!

I've bought stuff from the US and the best pricing was Edmin Watts under their "outlet" section, free shipping to a local store for pickup, stock varies from time to time e.g. they had demo RS11n fairway woods for $99 a few weeks back that I didn't go ahead and get, steal at that price.

The Driver I thinking along with 3 & 5 of same type, but in Halpenny is 199Euro must have come down in price as price in USA $249/191E,
