I am unable to find a pre-manufactured or retail store sold laptop off-the-shelf that meets my specs, so I am planning to order a customized one online direct from the manufacturer. Has anyone done this before? Any problems or mix-ups? Did you get what you wanted? Did the shipping company play football with your laptop…

I've used PCSpecialist on two occasions and didn't have any problems on either occasion.
