Timber Cabin Waterproof/Sealed Floor

If anyone can help or point me in right direction would be great.

My sister has about 10 yr old timber cabin, she has some laminate timber floors for it but in the meantime i was looking to see if we could get a more waterproof/insulation type hard core floor before the timber floors go down. Is there such a thing? Like a cement floor as such to keep out the cold etc., and keep warm in.

Can anyone recommend a company, person or product?
