Spent convictions

    There was talk of a spent convictions bill being introduced last year, I can find information on the bill itself but am unable to find out if legislation was passed.

    Does anyone have any information if it was passed or if it is likely to be?

    It's likely to be passed in the coming months. Passed through the Senate quickly and is now done with most stages in the Dail.
