Best product for cleaning coloured Upvc window frames?

What the best product for cleaning coloured Upvc window frames?

Looking for something that will lift off the likes of dried in plaster and small blobs of dried in expanding foam and oil based paint,but that wont actualy lift off or eat into the coloured UPVC frame intself.

For the foam use Nail Polish Remover. €1 at all good Euro/Pound shops

That expanding foam is lethal!

I used gif, warm water a cloth, for stubborn bits just rub some gif directly on and scrub it off with the cloth. I mixed some general all surface type stuff too in the warm water. I used a screwdriver too but that is a delicate operation if you want to avoid damaging the pvc.

I find those Power wipes work well,get a couple in your hand and squeeze them to foam them up,wipe and leave to soak in for few mins then wipe again.
