I've recently been accepted for a course in Rigney Dolphin and they sent me out a number of forms to fill out. I came across a form for my Bank account.

Now, I know how to fill out a bank form but the highlighted line has me confused and the title of this form reads:
FAS - The Training And Employment Authority
Credit Transfer Information Form

NAME
REGISTRATION NO.

BANK ACCOUNT NO.
BANK SORT CODE NO.
NAME OF BANK.
ADDRESS OF BANK.

Registration Number for what?

Thanks in advance if anyone can tell me what the registration number is for.

You get a registration number for yourself or the course. I can't remember which. Just ask Fas they will tell you
