MC067 NOTICE - Ebay

So I listed a scarf up on EBay yesterday and within 30 mins they cancelled my listing and refunded my fees.

Here is the email....

"All associated fees have been credited to your account. If your account status has changed due to this item removal, we'll send you a separate notice.

The listing(s) removed from your account showed similarities to listings that have resulted in bad buying experiences, such as complaints from buyers that the item is of poor quality or inauthentic. Based on these similarities, please don't relist these items on eBay. For more information about our replicas, counterfeit items, and unauthorized copies policy, go to:

I can understand that the brand has a high amount of counterfeits but the scarf is legit, what I can’t understand is that there are a handful of people selling the same scarf etc and their listing has not been cancelled.

I do not want to relist as they will probably suspend my account.

Any ideas on what to do or has this happened to anyone before?

Are the ones still allowed powersellers? can you link to an auction or 2 still selling them so people can get an idea?

(this goes for anybody posting in this forum, it helps hugely to post a link to get an idea of what is going on)
