I think you will find its Calypso Red metallic, sounds much better than wine. ;)

The 24v 520i is no rocket but will fairly haul when revved, and what a soundtrack.

Lovely M5, but that green interior, could be described as mint condition.

...manual 'box and cloth seats ? oh dear........

    Ode To The Motorist

“And my existence, while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, generates funds to the exchequer. You don't want to acknowledge that as truth because, deep down in places you don't talk about at the Green Party, you want me on that road, you need me on that road. We use words like freedom, enjoyment, sport and community. We use these words as the backbone of a life spent instilling those values in our families and loved ones. You use them as a punch line. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to a man who rises and sleeps under the tax revenue and the very freedom to spend it that I provide, and then questions the manner in which I provide it. I would rather you just said "thank you" and went on your way. Otherwise I suggest you pick up a bus pass and get the ********* ********* off the road”

    my e34

    American front bumper?

Sweet car, I had one that colour myself!

Im not sure to be honest about the bumper, but for the age of the car the original owner got full leather, electric windows, sunroof and mirrors, on board "computer" and air condition

had been thinking of replacing the last few months but have decided to keep it now as my daily runner

I think those wheels, while a bastard size are actually the nicest of all E34 alloys, even M5 throwing stars, lovely deep dish.

Never had a days bother with my 1995 TU.

Mudflaps are tailored fit and were standard on the UK, Executive run out model.

    Door handles, who cares!

Front valance, sills were all colour coded from 1995.

It is a very rare, unmolested example I still want it. :)

Certainly a bastard to find a set of tyres for them! Prefer the BBS wheels or turbines myself ;)

Each to their own I guess, I prefer the 12v models after having the 3 different types mostly sold! :)

    I miss my e34.

    +1

Great cars. Last of the old skool generation of BMWs. Mine was a 530i V8 petrol :)

Had a 12v 88 520 in White, so maybe I was a bit quick to criticise;)

Looking back, it was one of my favourite cars that I've owned, and the e34 is still my favourite bm of all time...

    That's a lovely m5 dgt
