    Hi all,

Sorry if this is the wrong section,

I purchased a Smart Trike 4in1 from Smyths for my daughter.

    Here is the link

What i am having trouble with is the steering at the back it does not turn so i have no control over the steering of the bike when i go out for a walk.

If someone came help I would be very appreciating what i am missing or have done wrong as it all seemed to just click together

Hope someone can help a stressed out dad

You need to put a little metal thing that looks like a key in through near the base of the handle. It should be hanging from a string down near the trailer bucket thing.

Also make sure the steering isnt locked at the front, just below the handle bars, so your toddler cant steer it themself when you want control.

We recently bought the cheaper one for our boy, which doesnt have the steering at the handle, but you still steer it anyways, just pushing it the way you want it to go. Works more or less the same way as a pram. You dont have a "steering handle" on a pram but it still goes where you want it to.
