Its a very strange case, the spray DID contain a banned substance. He was allowed to play on and wasn't slandered by the Tour(?). Then the PGA says "The Tour deems it only fair to no longer treat Mr. Singh’s use of deer antler spray as a violation"??? But the substance contained a banned ingredient???? Now he's suing, for what?
Anyway Singh and controversy are never far apart.

He's branded a drug cheat in a lot of people's eyes. The tour ruled that his use of the spray wasn't illegal. The whole thing was drawn out for ages - should have been wrapped up in a few days.

He seemed to be spraying the stuff on himself and getting virtually none into his system. If I rubbed cocaine onto my arm I haven't used it - his 'usage' is probably something similar.

This is really going to blow the whole deer-antler spray use in golf thing wide open now. We're talking golf's Ben Johnson momemt. If you used to wonder why you couldnt hit it like the pros, then wonder no longer. Who would ever have though the 'golf secret' lay in deer antlers?
Puts a new perspective on American tour players taking a week off to go 'hunting'. Makes sense now doesnt it?
Could even explain some of those 'accidental' car-hits-deer accidents in the Phoenix Park.

Maybe if Lance Armstrong waits a while then what he was taking might be made legal and he'll get his Tours back.
