    pre-Chorus:Fm/Db/Ab/Eb/Eb7

    instrument piano or guitar? if your playing these chords with a capo on a guitar I could simplify the above somewhat for you if you like

    Capo on First fret...

    Verse and Chorus :G/Em/D/C

    pre-Chorus:Em/C/G/D/D7

    just change chords when you hear the piano changing
