    1. What is your budget? €500 ish

    2. What will be the main purpose of the computer? Media Centre. Connected directly to the TV.

    3. Do you need a copy of Windows? Yes.

    4. Can you use any parts from an old computer?
I have the following lying around which I'd like to use.
    64GB Crucial M4 SSD, unopened.
    MSi R6970 2PM2D2GD5 Graphics Card.
(Also have an old 2007 500GB Iomega External HardDrive stuffed with media which I'd happily crack open & stick the hardrive into the PC if it was compatible.)

    5. Do you need a monitor? No.

5b. If no, what resolution is your current monitor and do you plan to upgrade in the near future? TV via DVI to HDMI Lead I suspect.

    6. Do you need any of these peripherals?
    I have a wireless keyboard.
A card to pick up wifi to save running a cable could be useful.

    7. Are you willing to try overclocking? Unnecessary I'd say.

    8. How can you pay? Any way.

    9. When are you purchasing? This month.

    10. If you need help building it, where are you based? Monaghan.
