Swap shafts in irons?

I have 2 sets of irons at present. One is an older set that hasn't been touched in a year. The main reason I use the present set is the shaft suits better. However I think I prefer the club heads in the older set. so ideally id like the new shafts with the old heads. Does anyone have an idea how much would it cost to swap the shafts in the sets?

It's not cheap - I've heard of places charging €20/30 per shaft - generally you're better off selling them and trying to buy another set with the shafts you want

Thanks. That's what I was afraid of, thought it might have been a bit less than that

It's doable yourself, with a heat gun and buying the apoxy and beads online.

I have someone doing something similar for me for €10 a club.

Pm me is you want his details as not sure if that is the standard price or if it's a case by case basis.

Yeah, I'm looking into doing this very same thing. I have everything I need, I just want to get a good puller that will keep everything straight (more a problem with graphite).
