So there's a chance that we may see tiger-lion interactions at long last. Maybe that'll make them animal face-off fanboys finally shut up. Then again, maybe not

Maybe not is right. Either way, I hope this project gains some speed. As they discuss in the article, one epidemic could devastate the population and all the success of the last few years would be undone.
