gsm gates prices gone up

    i was looking into getting electric gates upgraded to gsm so i can use my phone to open them.
    are ebay products a waste?
    id probably get someone to install it as well as they are not my gates.

    have the prices gone up? i thought the unit was around 80 euro, and labour maybe make ii up to €150 all in, but i got a quote for €250+vat

    cant be rightt can it?

    Shop around but I'd say that 250 is about right while 150 is too cheap

    I agree with Jnealon €150.00 is too cheap. €250.00 sounds like a reasonable price.
