    Has anyone ever tasted a drop from this independent whiskey maker?

    Their 12 year old gets a good rating from a few reviewers.
    Im looking to try something new and different.

    Light and easy drinking doesnt sound very appealing ha ha
    I like complexity of flavours, and different notes at different stages :)

    I must try find a pub that has it abnd sample some.
