Hi Thinking of getting coloured glass from one of the glass splash back companies
    in main bathroom

The house is being renovated so the price for glass may be similar to good quality wall tiling

Just wondering does anyone here have it in a bathroom, and will condensation when showering be a problem

I am hoping that the condensation will be no worse than tiles, ie pretty minimal if any

(will have an extractor which kicks in when showering)

I love coloured glass splashbacks in the kitchen and will be putting one in mine when i do a mini kitchen reno.

I looked at doing the same in the bathroom and it's not as common. There were some images in google that i found and i actually didn't like the look of it in a bathroom. Maybe if it was just above the sink then it would be ok, but imho it just looked odd and bland in the shower.

I got my splashback from corkglass.ie and they do glass for bathrooms too
    http://www.corkglass.ie/glass-products-gallery/Showers--and--Screens/screens

Also have a look at these panels from B&Q, might be a less expensive option if the colours are what you want

If you are worried about condensation on the glass ask your supplier about putting heating panels behind the glass like you find on some bathroom mirrors but can't imagine there should be too much of an issue if you have a good ventilation system in place.

Best of luck with your project

Thanks all, following the posts above, too many possibilities for condensation in a main bathroom

Will put all coloured glass in down stairs guest bathroom, no shower , no
    condensation

However one thing that comes up is
when you have covered all your walls in coloured glass :

You cannot just simply (drill and ) attach a mirror, bathroom cabinet, or anything else wall mounted to a wall, as you would do with normal wall,
