Haven't seen that one before but I saw two similar billboards in Dublin. The first had a picture of Michael Collins on the right and Eamon De valera on the left with the same tag line. The second had a picture of riots (in Greece I think) compared with an empty O'Connell Street. Quite good I thought.

Just saw another billboard with the same tagline. This one featured (presumably) the same pregnant lady. She was holding a lit cigarette in one of the photos.

Don't think it has anything to do with any Garda unions.
