There's quite a few Irish guys in the clan Cry Havoc, a few are on Boards.ie too. If you want, you can apply to the third division here: http://worldoftanks.eu/community/clans/500008005-CRY3/#wot&mt_order_by=role

This a casual/relaxed division, there's no requirements to join so it doesn't matter if you have low tier vehicles or can only play on weekends etc.
It's alot easier to find platoons in a clan and there's also more experienced players you can learn from.
