What frame? Most just sit in the frame if it is modern and are held in place by the stem height on the steerer tube.

its a carbon road frame ? I can take the fork remove all the parts of the headset except the cups that are pressed in the frame's headtube - and that's what i need to know - how you take them out if its a carbon frame ?

Sorry. What brand of bike frame?

Most cups just drop in and maybe a bit of grime is holding yours in. If it is a pressfit frame then you will need the correct tool to press them in. You should be able to tap them out with a screwdriver with alu or carbon frame. Just be really patient and gentle and have new cups as the old ones will be out of shape.
