What BB's are you using? And what gas?

I would recommend stripping the pistol apart - remove the magazine, pull down on the thin bar on the backstrap of the gun; it will then hinge up and allow you to pull it straight out (down).

The upper receiver of the pistol will then come right off, and allow you access to your guns barrel and hop. Give the barrel a good clean, and inspect the hop up rubber - if the hop is on too much, it can prevent BB's from feeding.

Inspect the magazine - can the follower move freely? If not disassemble the magazine (tap out the two pins on the bottom and remove the lower half. This will allow you to clean the channel and remove any dirt/grit that's built up. Reassemble the mag and retest the follower; ensure it can move freely without binding.

Put the inner barrel back into the upper, slot the mock plastic barrel/chamber into the upper, and replace it onto the lower. Insert the magazine, and replace the backstrap piece.

Retest, and you should have a gun that is loading BB's into the chamber and firing them!

For best results use high quality BB's, and suitable gas.

Non blowback guns are pretty simple...the barrel is pulled towards the magazine loading a BB, and then the valve-striker falls hitting the valve and propelling the BB. If your gun is only firing one shot, the follower is either getting stuck, or the inner barrel is. Just take your time on reassembly and it'll work out!
