Slight sinus pain after extraction.

Had one of my upper molars extracted last wednesday. It seems to be healing nicely and I dont really have any major pain. I do however had slight sinus pain. I say slight because its not painful if I'm not doing anything but a tap on the head or jumping onto a hard surface (for example) and I get a bit of sinus pain near where the tooth was extracted.

Is a small amount of sinus pain expected in some cases? I've read about people that end up with perforated sinuses but I dont think I have any air leakage, fluid or whatever and its not overly painful.

Have a checkup in around 6 or 7 days so I can ask the dentist then but just wondering if anyone on here experienced anything similar.
