Eufam Gnib Renewal

Please I would like to be enlightened in these respects: My Eufam Gnib card will expire in August this year and I would like to know the earliest/latest time I can apply for a renewal with my local immigration officer.
Also, I have a balance of one year as a result of the expiration of my old passport and my spouse has now become an Irish citizen through naturalisation and given my present circumstance, will there be an endorsement on my passport to that effect? That is, 'married to Irish citizen'. If yes, how do I go about it and what documents do I require?

Why not ask your local immigration officer?

AFAIK there is no hard rule here the GNIB take personal circumstances into account, but from personal experience GNIB customers are usually expected to renew their Visas about a week before expiry.

No, you will just continue to have an EUFAM visa for as long as you are a resident here. No need to change your visa for now.
