    Hi,
I know that the changes in sick leave for uncertified days have changed since 2012.The change in certified sick leave is due for implementation in January 2014.
Wondering about certified sick leave taken prior to this. The main union sites say this may be taken into account when the changes come in.The leave is counted on a four year rolling period.
I can't find any more specific information as to when and how this may happen.
Anyone got more information on this?.
    Thank You.

    Those are the self-certified arrangements.

There are also changes coming for the medically-certified sick leave arrangements which haven't been published to my knowledge. Someone in a union might have them (or at least the latest draft).

Ask your union rep they will point you in the right direction.

Best thing to do is take about 100 'sickies' between now and Jan 2014.
