    Got a summons last week from meath coco over an unpaid parking fine. Im just wondering is it too late to pay now and avoid court?

    Talk to the council - in person might be better than by phone. As it has gone to the solicitors, you may have to pay more than the fixed charge notice, as there are legal fees involved, but likely less than court and you get to avoid the conviction.
