Intermittent image freezing on RT HD

    I'm getting intermittent image freezing on RT HD. (Astra 28.2 E- 11224 V SR 27500)
    My Signal is 68% & Sig Quality 76%.
    I understand I'm well above the threshold for good reception.
    I've a 60cm dish with a Fortec Passion + box. All other channels are fine.
    I have deleted the channel and rescanned without solution.
    Thoughts welcome.

    How are NHK World HD & Arise News HD, also on that transponder?

    NHK HD & Arise HD Sig 69% Quality 73%. Both fine.
    The only variable that I can see is the good weather.

    If the other channels on the same frequency are unaffected, that would suggest a problem somewhere at RT's end, rather than anything caused by your own installation.

    If I fine tune dish alignment (Agh..), which transponder should I choose. ( the weakest I imagine) and what are the optimum Sig values I can expect ?
    Clear line of sight set up.

    Is it freezing and making a loud noise as it freezes? If so its just a fault in the transmission.

    No mad muffin; audio continues uninterrupted, image intermittent freezing, not pixelating.
    I've had the dish replaced today. Interesting thing is the Fortec Star Passion + HD sat box now reads 70% sig strength, up 2%. (I understand this graphic interface value is not particularly accurate)

    The installer showed me a reading of 96% on his professional box    , taking a reading from where the cable inputs into the sat box. And after all this the issue continues, no better or worse!!
    So seeing my thread hasn't revealed others with the same issue on this channel, and all the other channels are fine I am at a loss to diagnose the problem.
    Any one out there with this Fortec Star Passion + HD box?
