Large dent in wing

Over weekend I've noticed I have a large dent in wing that nobody seems to know how it got there. The paint doesn't seem to have been damaged. Looks like maybe someone on street was messing and stuck their knee or punched wing.

I've looked online and a bit confused whether to apply heat or cold to try maybe pulling out. Any help from my fellow boardies :)

Try the likes of the company dent magic the boiling water works on plastic if pushed from the rear of the dent.
