    Seems simple enough to me, pay hem back for the training and leave when you want to.

    I'm aware that I don't have to sign it, but I guess the real question is would I be legally obliged to pay back the study leave assistance received under the old contract of employment?
    I know it sounds a little out of order, but believe you me, they nearly always get the last ounce out of their employees.
