Two cosmetic dental questions?

The first question is about teeth whitening. I have used the 'laser' option before, and I want to have it done properly this time. From what I can see KOR is the best option. However, my dentist also offers teeth whitening (I think its at home only). Would I get good results from my dentist?

I have a problem with my two lateral incisors. They are worn down greatley (my own fault from misusing them as a tool) they are worn at the edge particularly. And because I have points canines it just looks gapy. Now I like my canines being pointy and dont want to change them.

I done a photoshop mock up of what it would look like if I just fixed that tooth and its exactly what I want, but what I want to know is it possible to put a veneer only on those two teeth and not the ones beside them? Without it looking out of place. I would rather keep my teeth as natural as possible.

The reason I want to have them whitened by my dentist is because I trust him and the reason for wanting just two veneers is because I want to keep my teeth as natural as possible (and I mostly like them the way they are now). Its not me trying to cut corners and do things cheaply - if I was I would be going to a different dentist. €1,100 per veneer and €600 for whitening.

However, in the end quality is the most important for me.

    Thanks.

Generally you can get this done, if the the damage is due to trauma then replacing the fractured part will be fine, if the damage was due to tooth wear its more complex. Yes you can just get veneers on individual teeth, this notion of having to get 6 or 10 is a bit of overkill in most cases.

Well Im not sure if my teeth are considered just wear or trauma?

Im only 19, so theres not much time for normal ware. The problem came from me biting on hard things and grinding my teeth in my sleep.
