bike handle bars great swing capabilities .. . which i can never understand why the other type exists . . . 0 control. . but easier for packaging id say

    large tank. . .. 1 fill almost 2 hrs non stop. .

I bought a secondhand off the local plant hire around 5 years back for €150 no bother with it. I’ll check the make tomorrow.

I wouldn't worry about a large tank. I'm always delighted to get a break when the fuel runs out!

Stihl fs 260, powerful machine . Well worth the extra euros , strimmer and brush cutter. Get the metal blade attachment ideal for rushes save you using the nylon cord.

Efco are the best strimmer I have used was working in a place where one was been used for nearly two full days a week lasted 7yrs. It was the biggest one they make bit heavy but a great machine. One guy who used it reckoned it was better than a stihl which was all he had ever used.

Have the same one, use if for myself and father for keeping all the awkward spots clean thr brother in law borrows it too. Starts on the button each time and no bother to change the cord. Very light on fuel too. Cant knock it.

Got a Texan 3 in one strummer/polesaw/Hedgecutter a couple of years ago and it has the best little 2 stroke engine I ever saw. Starts first time every time even with old mix. Got it from the hustler dealers across the road from Mondello Park

I hate the handlebar models. The other type is much handler for cutting under fences and doing odd jobs. Maruyama here. No issues.

We’ve tried a few models at work, sthill and Kawasaki are most reliable and power to weight is good too.

Handlebars are great if your doing lots of fairly open ground but a pain around niggly stuff.

Have an Oleo Mac here for 8 or 10 years. Never a bother and starts great after the winter lay up.

Thinking of buying a mowing bar to trim briars under fence over drains. Anyone do it this way? They grow so fast.
