58 cm Supersix with Sram Apex groupset
    Frame geometry available here
    Purchased new in October 2012
    FSA Omega 50/34 chainset
    Sram 11-26 cassette
Shimano RS10 wheels w/unused Schwalbe Lugano
Can throw in a once-used set of Deda parabolica due aerobars .

Reluctantly selling to fund purchase of a TT bike. I'd say I've used the bike only a dozen times since I got it; was intending to keep it for summer riding only

Never been crashed, dropped, scraped or spoken to unkindly; it's in perfect condition. Will upload pictures of bike tomorrow or Monday.

    Price: €1200

Available to view in Dublin 18 or city centre.

Some photos of the bike. Plenty more available, just ask!

There is some marking on the driveside crank from my shoe rubbing off it, as can be seen in one of the pics below.

Forgot to say that I will consider exchange or part exchange for a suitable TT bike.

Cheers P4Paul, already sorted for a turbo though. Thanks anyway.

Not interested in bike, but hired the exact same one for 160km ride last Thursday. Lovely bike fast and comfortable.
Previous years edition had Aksiums but they changed to Shimano 510. Bike Hire guy said they had no issue to date with new wheels
    GLWS

    Hi dited,
Interested in the bike, please can you clarify original price (and whether warranty still valid) and also if carbon frame.
You say bike available for viewing in City Centre - is later this week possible (Thursday or Friday?)
    Thanks,

    Hi BrianBAF,

Yes, full carbon frame and fork.

The price I paid was €1540 altogether, from Westbrook Cycles in the UK. I had been looking at the bike in Cycleways in town for €2100 when I read in this thread that it was available from Westbrook.

I'm not sure what warranty, if any, would be operational from Westbrook for anyone but the original owner, tbh. However, Cannondale operate a frame warranty scheme which I remember intending to register for, but never did, so it may be possible to register it, for the first time, under the name of its new owner. I think the details are in the owner's manual thing; will have a look when I get home.

I have the bike in D18 at the moment but can bring it into work (city centre) whatever day suits to have a look.

    Cheers

@BrianBAF - Just with regard to the warranty, I checked, and I haven't yet registered the bike with Cannondale. I also had a look at the owner's manual and it states that you must present the original receipt at the same time as you request a warranty service.

I think, in general, warranties don't transfer to second or subsequent owners, no matter whether you buy from your LBS next door, or over the net. Whether one might be able to make a claim in this case, I just don't know. Besides, the bike is structurally perfect in every way :)

    Hi dited
First time on boards.ie so not sure how this works but I have been looking for a bike similar to yours. I am free to have a look at it on Friday around lunchtime if that would suit you. Is there much room for negotiation on the price?

    Hi dermo13,

Cheers for the post; there's a sticky with rules etc in the cycling adverts section that might be of a bit of help. Basically though (subject to correction here) I think you've got to post an offer, which I accept, before we'd arrange inspection. If you don't like what you see on inspection, you can of course then walk away.

That said, I will be in town with the bike on Friday lunchtime if you want to make an offer.

I am looking for asking price, or very close to it.

Should have mentioned in OP that I'll also include the pictured pedals.

    Hi dited
I would be willing to offer €1000

    Hi dermo13,

Sorry, but a bit low, I'm afraid. I could let her go for €1100 without the aerobars.

That is a smashing looking bike.

    Hi Dited,
Friday lunchtime would be good for me - €1,100 offered subject to size fitting (should be good for person 6'2?)

Offer accepted, thanks, BrianBAF. Friday lunchtime is fine.

I'm 6'2 myself so it should be a good fit.

    Sending you a PM now.
