    No, the funny thing is he thinks I'm not here. So If I leave my room he may kill me from pure embarassment

    He probably thought you weren't there and was only trying to get in to sniff your underwear. Next time politely open the door and tell him you haven't been sleeping well lately and ask would he mind singing you a lullaby to get you to sleep.

    Chances are he'll think you're nuts, pack his stuff and move out asap!
