Does anyone have any experience buying from DLK Photo?

It's a great deal but I'm wondering if there's a catch.

Any helpful advice on this deal or if you know of any similar deals for a 60d I would appreciate it

I've bought from Ian Kerr (owner of flashcamera) directly before a few years back. In my opinion he's a reputable seller and I'd use him again. I believe he originally started selling on ebay before setting up his own website. He still sells on ebay and has pretty good feedback 99.4% positive. http://myworld.ebay.ie/kerso/

i had worries about using flash camera but bit the bullet and went for it as all the reviews were positive, paid by bank transfer and recieved a small discount for doing so, i have just recieved my order a couple of days ago of a canon 6d 17-40l and 70-200l 2.8 from ian , cant recommend him highly enough , he kept in constant contact throughout my obsessive emailing to make sure order was enroute, i will definitely use ian again, i just hope this post puts other peoples minds at rest and encourage you to use ian , the savings are huge in comparison to buying the same in ireland

Thanks for tthe replies folks, I ordered the Canon 60d and a 50mm 1.8 from FlashCamera last Saturday week(11th). I got an order confirmation and a Paypal receipt straight away, however I haven't heard anything since. Thought I might get a notification about shipping, so I am assuming it hasn't been shipped yet. I sent him a message on Friday asking for an update but he hasn't replied yet.

Should I be worried??

did u email him at his gmail address? i must have sent over forty emails as he had to order in my order as it was out of stock so took a bit longer than usual but he responded to every single email usually within a couple of hours, i really wouldnt worry he is very reputable
