Anyone following the Mooney Goes Wild dawn chorus broadcast tonight ? Have listened in for a few seasons now , even was motivated a few years ago to go down to the local woodlands at dawn and was well worth the effort - as well as the glorious birdsong (Blackcap, Song Thrush etc) seen some Red Squirrels and a Pine Marten !…

Anyone following the Mooney Goes Wild dawn chorus broadcast tonight ? Have listened in for a few seasons now , even was motivated a few years ago to go down to the local woodlands at dawn and was well worth the effort - as well as the glorious birdsong (Blackcap, Song Thrush etc) seen some Red Squirrels and a Pine Marten !
Also I see that the Birdwatch Ireland Dawn Chorus events are happening on Sunday 19th May nationwide - just hope the weather is ok on the morning !
