    As the title says, anyone using them ?
    I much prefere 55 grain V max , dont know why I am drawn to a hollow point....blondes and red heads perhaps ?

    Shot Hornady 75gr HPs a few years ago, not the TAP version. Same ballistics, just coating on TAP case.

    They break bigger rocks than any 223 round I know, but I think that's their best use.

    I am a fan of heavy-for-calibre rounds, but there is a limit. They are a bit slow for moving targets IMHO, that's why I don't use them, but not everyone is worried about moving targets.

    Try them out for fun.

    I have used them but my rifle likes 75gr match BTHP better. It's a 1/9 twist and has no problems with either rounds. I only use the match stuff and use it for everything.
