Property Tax Data Base Should Be Sold.

Not to An Post as they are losing millions of tax payers money. Sell it to a Private Enterprise Company. And as part of the deal reward them for identifying non registered properties. No problem then to establish post codes which should be part of the overall deal.

Thank you, we are talking about selling the database to a company that will establish post codes. As I say reward them for identifying non-registered properties. Only question is there any company interested ? If not we should do without post codes for years to come. We don not need them badly anyway. No way should tax payers money be spent on this project, it at least should be cost neutral or make a profit for the taxpayer.

In the interest of fairness we should settle for nothing less than 100%, I hazard a guess that many of the so far non-registered could well afford to pay. They must be really cute so and so's to have avoided it thus far.

Whatr about google maps they go everywhere now. I would not recommend selling it to private company far too dangerous.

It's the owners that need to be identified, not the residents.
