The terms 'Scorm Compliant' and converting flash based material to HTML 5 seems to be a difficult enough topic to find anything on in this country.

Does anyone know if this is complex or should it be easy enough to find some software developers that are comfortable in this area of expertise?

    Thanks

Well, SCORM is just a standard format for learning content, it's zipped XML afaik (just like .docx and other formats).

Converting Flash content to HTML5 is a different issue, and it's probably more about recreating the content in HTML5, rather than "converting" it.

What are you actually trying to achieve?
