Getting to the Athlone springs hotel without a car

Does anyone know how to get to the Athlone Springs from either the town centre or from AIT? Is there a bus stop nearby or is there a private bus which goes near to it? Thanks!

I don't think the shuttle bus runs anymore, check Athlone Bus Station (bus to Monskland) Once you get to Monskland or Baylough, it is not the longest walk in the world

Either that, or you just gotta get a taxi

Pretty sure the Monksland bus is still running, should take you as far as River Village, and the Springs is next to it. You could always ask one of the Bus Eireann Drivers that do the run, It used to be Garrycastle to Monksland loop.

Yeah bus eireann is still running out to monksland. Go to buseireann.ie for timetable. Its in a pdf format so I cant post a link
